Little MacGyver is in kindergarten. His school is having a Spring Fair, where students can display projects they've worked on. He wanted to have something on display. He loves maps, and he's always asking about where people live.
So we helped him put together a display that shows where people we know live. He colored a map of the US, pics of each state, and pics of the people we know in each state. Then the Mighty Mrs. J typed up his description of each person.
Here's what it looks like:
Of course, we included the great Cap, who lives far away in New York. Here's what the New York map with Cap's pic looks like:
In case you couldn't read his caption, take a closer look. It says, "Cap lives in New York. Cap is my daddy's friend. My dad's name is Richard. Cap is so sweet because he's lovely." After he said it, he started laughing hysterically. Like he had said the funniest thing ever.
I don't know where he gets his weird sense of humor. Probably from his mother...

Did you include Michelle's state? Confusion (rim shot)
LOL!!!!!!!!!!
Lovely Cap....XD!
NO seriously, love the post. Go visit Michelle for me. I miss her :(
Cap,
Very cute... ha ha
Cap--That's very good. Aren't you appearing next week at Chuckles Comedy Club in Schenectady?
Emily--My understanding is that Michelle is having to maintain a low profile due to some outstanding warrants. As soon as her lawyers get things worked out, she'll be available...
Michelle IS a low profile for reasons I can share publicly on a blog.....by the way, I live in Kyiv Oblast. It's kind of like a state.....
Michelle--We actually thought of including you in the project. He knows who you are and what you do in Kyiv. But he wanted to do people in the US because he's been working on learning states and where they are on the US map.
He still wants to go to Kyiv so he can help kids too...
Last week Little M. asked if we could get some babies that don't have parents. He thought 160 would be a good number! I almost fainted!
Jennifer: LOL!!!!!!! at least he didn't say like 1500 .... small favors maybe? ;)
Em--Don't give him any ideas! He'd take 1500 if he could.
Still, I love the fact that he really wants to help people who don't have what he does. He's a great boy!
Sounds like an awesome boy. Send him over here someday when he graduates. I'll put him through "missions bootcamp" ;)
